A two-part video campaign that combines a custom animated explainer for Spirit AeroSystems internal TV network and a thirty-second live-action spot for a virtual event, all focused on steering employees to Rock Regional Hospital in Derby for urgent care.

Raise awareness among Spirit AeroSystems employees and Derby residents that high-quality emergency care is only minutes away. Both pieces needed to reassure viewers, highlight the hospital’s 24-hour capabilities, and motivate them to choose local treatment rather than driving across town.

What we did

  • Custom animation for Spirit AeroSystems internal screens, complete with branded icons, distance callouts, and a friendly voice-over.
  • Live-action commercial written, storyboarded, filmed on site, and edited into a tight thirty-second narrative suitable for virtual broadcasts and social platforms.
  • Managed every step: concept, scripting, voice casting, storyboards, on-site production, motion graphics, color, sound design, and final mastering.

Creative process

  1. Discovery – met with hospital marketing and Spirit Aero HR to lock core talking points: speed, proximity, and quality of care.
  2. Script and boards – drafted concise scripts, visual flowcharts, and animation style frames for approval.
  3. Production – one-day hospital shoot capturing ER staff in action followed by a dedicated VO session and animation build.
  4. Post – blended live footage with supers, mixed VO with ambient sound, and exported in screen-specific aspect ratios.
  5. Delivery – supplied looping files for Spirit Aero TVs, MP4 and MOV versions for web, plus captioned masters for ADA compliance.
