Urban Routine has done a great job branding them selves, but the owner felt that there were many clients who were nervous to start services with them because their branding suggest that they are a young edgy company. While that is the case, they treat all their customers with respect no matter their age or demographic. He wanted a way to show those customers that when they enter into their business, they are welcomed with open arms and they will do anything to help them with their beauty needs.
We decided the best way to explain to their clients that this is the place to be, we needed to do a testimonial. We chose one of their clients that has been with them for years to speak about her experience with the company. Coupled with some pristine b-roll, this video tells an inspiring story giving the viewer the comfort they need to take that first step into urban routine.
